Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 700 g minced beef
- 1 finely chopped red onion
- 2 cloves of finely chopped garlic
- 50 g breadcrumbs
- 1 large egg
- 2 bundles of finely chopped parsley
- 10 chopped mint leaves
- 1 teaspoon of dried oregano
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 2 tablespoons of pine nuts
- 100 g flour
- 300 ml of sunflower oil
- Salt
- pepper
Preparation:
Mix all ingredients (except the oil and flour). Form the meatballs with wet palms or with a meatball maker, roll in flour and fry them in hot oil. Place meatballs on a paper napkin to absorb excess oil.
