How long will it take to receive my order?

Once you have placed your order, it will be processed and shipped within 24-48 business hours. How can I track my order?

My package has not arrived yet, is this normal?

My order arrived damaged, can I get a refund?

In rare cases, products may become damaged in transit. If that's the case, please email us at info@carnivoresclub.com with pictures of the damage and we will replace your order or issue you a full refund within 30 days.

I am not satisfied with my order, can I return it?
